Water Pricing Q & A
Is there a contract commitment or can I cancel my website at any time?
There are no contracts. Simply pay by the month and you can cancel or change your subscription at any time. You’ll pay only through the rest of the month in which you cancel. Plus, you can use our FREE option to try out a fully operational version of Water and pay nothing.
What about email?
Each Water website includes up to 25 email boxes with over 2GB of storage per box. There is no additional monthly fee for this service, but we do charge a one-time, $50 fee for to setup email for you and configure your email and website to work on your domain. How will I be billed for Water?
In order to activate a paid Water account, you will need to enter valid credit card information. Your card will be charged immediately for your first month’s subscription and then charged each month following as long as you are using your Water account. We only accept payment by credit card at this time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my current plan?
Yes. It’s very simple. Once you have an account, you’ll be able to log in and see all of your website and the plan they are currently on. Simple click “change plan” to select a new plan. If you’re upgrading, the difference in price between your currently plan and the new plan will be pro-rated for the rest of the month and charged to you. You’ll never be charged a set-up fee or any other fees with Water.
