How do I sign up for Custom Xpress or other website design options?

You choose a design option AFTER you sign up for Water. Once you’ve completed Water’s simple sign-up process, you’ll have immediate access to your account. From there, you can select one of the options listed above.

How many designs can one website have?

There is no limit! Let’s say you have a small department in your business that needs a basic design for its web site pages. You can use any of our five design options to create these additional designs. If you order additional Custom Xpress packages, each package gets you an additional design template for your Water site.

If I purchase Custom Xpress for my business, do I also need HTML Xpress?

No. Custom Xpress provides a design from start to finish, including cut-up.

What skill level do I need to create my own designs for Water?

You need the ability to create, cut up and build out a design in basic HTML. If you know how to do that, making your designs work with Water is very easy to do. If you can design, but aren’t comfortable with cut-up, HTML Xpress can cut-up your designs and build them out for Water.

Cut-up, XHTML, CSS . . . what?

Designing a website (that is, figuring out how it will look) is only one part of the Web design process. Your designs still have to be set-up to work on the web. “Cut-up” refers to the process that web designers go through to turn an artwork image into a collection of images and code that can be interpreted by a web browser. If you want to create your own designs for Water, you need to be comfortable with both parts of the process (design and cut-up). If you only want to design, HTML Xpress can handle the code for you.

Why is Custom Xpress so much cheaper than a full service custom website design package?

Custom Xpress utilizes the very same world-class designers as our full service design packages. There’s no skimping on the quality of custom design. The difference is that Custom Xpress is a streamlined process that doesn’t take as much time. How does Custom Xpress work?

First, you sign up for Water and log into your account page.  Next, you request Custom Xpress as a design option and pay the $1995 charge.  Then, you will be directed to the project planning document.  This is a very easy to follow form that asks about your business or organization.  You complete the information on this form, and attach images to the form such as logos and other photos you might want used in your designs.  You can save the form and come back as often as you need until you are ready to submit.  We will deliver your premium custom made website designs within five business days after you submit your completed form.

What if I don’t like my Custom Xpress designs?

We’re confident that you’ll love your designs. Our artists are premium, world-class designers who will give your site their full attention and design a website for your small business that stands head and shoulders above the crowd. You can see the quality for yourself in our design gallery. But Custom Xpress can only be offered at such a reduced price because it does not include any process of revision. You supply the information and we supply a design. We’re confident that you will love it, but if you have concerns or are unsure, you might be better off with our full service custom design package.
